VILAX Terms of Use

Purpose

VILAX provides analytical and operational information for the projects you have been given access to, on the website, in the VILAX mobile apps and through connected assistants. The first public version of the plugin for ChatGPT and Codex is read-only and does not change plans, roles, transactions or source data.

Account and permissions

You must use your own account and must not share access with others. The projects and locations you see are defined by your VILAX roles. Attempts to bypass restrictions, obtain other people's information, interfere with the service or use automated access against the established limits are prohibited.

Freshness of analytics

Answers depend on when the sources were last synchronized. VILAX shows the source and freshness time where the result provides for it. Analytics helps you make decisions but is not accounting, legal, tax or investment advice. Verify material decisions against primary records.

Availability and termination

We may temporarily restrict the service for security, maintenance or incident response. Access may end when a contract ends, a role is revoked or these terms are breached. You can disconnect an integration in your VILAX or OpenAI settings, and delete your account in the VILAX app.
